Well there you have it! I’ve heard you and updated the Web Calender: I added support for setting the first day of the week. In the properties panel just select from a drop down list which day of the week you want the calender to start with. The picture included shows weekend highlighting, a European Monday-first calender, code specified highlighted days and color (the green and red days), and the current day of the month is teal. Of course all these colors are easily changed, both in code and in the IDE.

Again, please let me know what functionality you’re looking for, and I’ll see if I can’t incorporate it. Very shortly, and I believe the Web Calender will be ready to be added to the Downloads section. The more feedback, the most robust I can make it.

For this particular project, once it’s available, I’ll make a demo to be found on this site to show off the capabilities of the calender. I’m very curious how long it takes to draw the calender, as I haven’t tested it on a remote host yet. While I’ve tried hard to write very efficient code, keeping this in mind, there is quite a bit going on. I’m fairly confident, however, and look forward to your feedback.

So I’ve added some older work to the downloads section. I’m especially pleased with the INI project, as I feel it’s a very robust collection of classes for handling and creating INI files. I wanted the files to be easily readable by humans, so I also included a comment and spacing system. The project uses a Hierarchical Listbox to display the contents of any INI file. Check it out!
